THE “EASY INNOVATION” PHILOSOPHY

Essebi has always paid close attention to the technological development of its machines, but without any abrupt transformations of its technology. The point of innovation has always been satisfying customers’ needs, simplifying adjustments and optimising ergonomics, in order to make the operator’s job easier.
The Technical Office is constantly working on improving and simplifying the technology of the machines.

To this end, Essebi has also established working relationships with universities: from 2002 to 2005, Essebi engaged in an intensive joint effort with the Milan Polytechnic, for the development of mechanical and electronic systems meant to achieve both theoretical and practical improvements in the technology and ease of use of its machines.

The chief characteristics of Essebi machines:

• the modular design of the machines and the attention focussed on ergonomics, which makes them especially easy to use by operators;
• the precision assembly and special technologies, which make possible “0” play of the ram at the forming time;
• easy adjustments, thanks the highly efficient software used to manage the commands of the machine;
• the extreme care taken with the materials used for the different parts of the machine, including special steel castings, top-quality aluminium alloys and the use of titanium alloys for components that must be both durable and light;
• selection of the leading brands on the market when it comes to standard components.

Starting in 2001, Essebi obtained the ISO 9001-2000 quality system rating from the Swiss company SQS.
