THREE BLOW HEADERS WITH ROTARY DIE HOLDER

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

The four  dies are  assembled at  90° on  a   rotary die-holder.
The blank is cut  by an open knife, provided with a holding  gripper   assuring a perfect  cut.
The blank is transferred  into the die, and the rotating die-holder takes it successively   in  front  of  the  three  heading  punches assembled on the ram.
The rotation of  the die-holder is operated by a cams and  rollers  device; a mechanical wedge   assures a perfect  matching.
The three  forming punches are  individually adjustable in vertical,    horizontal  and   longitudinal direction.
The fourth stop of the die-holder allows the ejection of   the finished piece.
